A lot of people on the radio are saying that
FEMA - Federal Emergency Management Agency<br>
is to blame.  I've also heard that the appointed head of FEMA (by none other then Mr W himself) used to be an estate lawyer.
He had no experience in this field, he didn't even know what he was supposed to be doing in a situation like this.
There is an investigation being called by Hillary Clinton, even though the event isn't even over yet.
All this is going on, and the news was their primary <a href="http://www.guardian.co.uk/katrina/story/0,16441,1563532,00.html" target="linkwindow">source of information</a>. I mean wow.  Way to further yourself along and let the country go to hell.
THIS is what happens when polititians go for their own personal gain rather then the bennefit of the people.<br>

It's despicable that people had to die due to an unqualified appointment for the purpose of a personal favor.<br
